The post-coital test, or Hühner test, is a test to study the interaction between semen and the cervical mucus of the uterus. Carried out as part of an infertility assessment, the test is performed between D12 and D14 of the cycle. Unprotected sexual intercourse is necessary the day before the test. It will consist of taking a sample similar to the smear test.
